New Name

When I started my website, I was planning to “only” make an index of the prices of model train products. That is model train rolling stock, track, buildings and everything else related to building a model train layout.

Every month, more and more people in the model train world use my site to save money on their trains which is absolutely wonderful 🤩 Not only for me who is happy having a growing site that people find useful, but also for the people who save money on their trains.

Getting deeper into the modeling world, I can see that there are people in other types of modeling that could also use a price index to help them save money. In the coming months, I therefore plan to start adding other types of models to the site. Slot cars, diecast models and such.

When I start adding other types of models to the site, it makes no sense that the site is still called “Model Train Prices”. That’s why the site is now called “Model Prices”.
